Had John stop by and assess my spa. He identified the problem (pump leak), and said they weren't equipped to fix it (needed to pulled out); he then referred me to another company that could fix it, and said he wouldn't charge me a service call. Will call them again for any other problems. Very impressed.

This company is great...they were prompt and on time for there appointment..the customer service was great and they were very knowledgeable..I will definitely use the them again for my pool problems...

This review is a year late. Sorry. I wanted to acknowledge this wonderful company. I called after my home sold in 5 days. I needed a couple of fixes and heater check for my pool. I called in a panic and after explaining my situation I was told not to worry. Arrow would take care of me that same day. My situation was last minute and they managed to fit me into their busy schedule the end of April just as pool season is ramping up. I highly recommend Arrow Pools and Spa and have referred them several times since then. Thank you for your great customer service!

Had work done about almost a year ago, and they were fantastic. They were prompt about getting set up with an appointment and coming out. They did an awesome job with repairing my pump/motor and are not expensive compared to other companies out there.
